"I'm a Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher with over 20 years of combined experience. My passion is to help people feel better and move better regardless of their age, limitations, injuries, or ailments in their bodies.


Our approach to fitness emphasizes strength training in combination with balance and flexibility and we pride ourselves in offering modifications to fit all clients. 


We thrive on our clients’ successes and their passion for change and we look forward to working with you!"
