"I'm a Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher with over 20 years of combined experience. My passion is to help people feel better and move better regardless of their age, limitations, injuries, or ailments in their bodies. My approach to fitness emphasizes strength training in combination with balance and flexibility and I pride myself in offering modifications to fit all clients. My specialty in Yin Yoga offers clients more flexibility in their joints to help keep their bodies as pain-free as possible. I thrive on my clients’ successes and their passion for change and look forward to working with you!"
